1. The administrator of the personal data collected by the Internet Shop www.vanuba.com and other communication channels with a client is Piotr Rusnak, company: Rusnak Piotr Rusnak, at ul. Grel 91, 34-400 Nowy Targ, Poland, VAT no 735-100-12-53, hereafter: “Administrator” who is also the Seller.

2. Clients’ personal data are processed in compliance with the act concerning the protection of personal data of 29 Aug. 1997 (Dz.U. 1997 Nr 133, poz. 883 with amendments), hereafter: “the act about protection of personal data”, and the act about electronic services of 18 Jul. 2002 (Dz.U. 2002 Nr 144, poz. 1204 with amendments).

3. The collected personal data of the clients of the Internet shop have been registered in the register of personal data of the General Inspector for the Protection of Personal Data (GIODO).

4. The Administrator exercises special diligence in the protection of the interest of the persons concerned and in particular assures that

a) the data he collects are processed in compliance with the law,
b) the collected data are used in accordance with legal guidelines and for legal purposes and are not processed in any other manner contrary to those guidelines and purposes,
c) the data are correct and adequate to the purposes for which they are processed and are stored in a manner enabling identification of the persons concerned, but not longer that it is required for the completion of the aims of such processing.


1. The Administrator protects the personal data of the persons who have visited the Internet Shop as well as the data of the clients who have made their personal data available to the Administrator via other communication channels.

1. Definitions:
a) “cookies’ are electronic data, and text files in particular, stored in the end devices of users and are meant for the use of web pages. Those files enable recognition of a user and thus adequate display of an internet page in a manner suitable for the user’s personal preferences. “Cookies” usually contain the internet address of the website from which they originate, the storage time on an end device and a unique number. Cookie files are part of a HTTP protocol that serves communication between an internet server and a web browser. It consists of a key that specifies its value, its value and lifetime after which the browser should remove the cookie file. Their functions are mostly standard for the settings of the browser. Cookie files are used to customise websites according to their user’s preferences and thus to enhance their usefulness and personalisation. Two kinds of “cookie” files are used: “session” and ‘permanent” files. The former are temporary files that remain on the user’s web page until logging out or switching off a programme (internet browser), the latter remain on the user’s device for the time specified in “cookie settings” or until they are removed by the user. The cookie files used by partners of the internet site user, and in particular the internet page users, are subject to their own privacy policy.

b) “cookie” files and privacy policy. “Cookie” files gather personal data and can be collected only and exclusively to perform specific functions for the benefit of a user. In connection with the privacy policy the data are coded to make unauthorised third parties’ access impossible. Browsing programmes by default allow the placement of “cookies” on an end device. Such settings can be modified in the browser settings in order to block automatic acceptance of cookies or inform the user every time they are sent to the user’s device. Specific information about options and manner of the use of cookie files are to be found in the settings of a search programme (web browser). Limiting of the use of “cookie” files can affect some functionalities on a web page.
1. The purpose, scope and recipients of the data processed by the Administrator always and each time result from a user’s permission or legal regulations and are specified as a result of the Client’s actions in the Internet Shop or within other communication channels with the Client.

a) to conclude and carry out a contract of sale
b) for marketing purposes
c) for promotion and competitions
d) for other purposes as accepted by the Client

1. Possible recipients of the Client’s personal data:
a) the Administrator reveals the Client’s personal data to a selected carrier or parcel delivery company that delivers parcels according to the Administrator’s commission,
b) selected entity that is used for the above payments in the Internet Shop.
1. The Administrator can process the following personal data of the Client using the Internet Shop:
a) given name and surname
b) e-mail address
c) contact telephone number
d) delivery address (street, number area code, city/town, state)
e) residence address (domicile)
f) company address
g) banking account number

1. In the case of the Clients who are not consumers, the Administrator can additionally process the company name and the Client’s tax identification number (NIP)

3. The personal data are given voluntarily by the Client, but they are essential for the conclusion and carrying out of a contract of sale and payment,

4. The basis for the processing of the Client’s personal data is the necessity of the completion of a contract of sale or undertaking required actions before the conclusion of the contract,

5. The Administrator can obtain access, subject to the Client’s consent, to the following areas of the Client’s mobile device:
a) camera
b) memory
c) location
1. The Client has access to his/ her personal data and can amend them.

6. Each Client has a specific right to access his/ her personal data, to demand their updating, amending and removal, as well as the right to protest as provided for in the appropriate act.

7. The Internet Shop uses storage technology and a technology to gain access to the data on the Client’s computer or other device connected to the internet (using cookie files in particular) in order to facilitate the Client’s access to the data in the Internet Shop.

8. The Internet Shop can automatically collect data concerning a visit, such as the name of an internet domain from which the client has been referred to the Internet Shop, browser type, operating system type, IP address, Client’s ID, other http protocol information. Additionally the Administrator can process operation data and location data of the device used to contact the Internet Shop.

9. The cookie files used in the Internet Shop serve primarily to customise its content to the Client’s preferences and to enhance usefulness and personalisation of internet site content.

10. The cookie files used in the Internet Shop are not harmful to the client or the computer/ end device and accordingly we do not recommend that they are disabled in a browser settings. The Internet shop uses two kinds of cookie files: session files that remain saved on the Client’s computer/ end device until logged out or the browsing programme is switched off, and permanent files that remain on the Client’s device for a time specified in the cookie files settings or until they are manually removed in the internet browser.

11. The cookie files are used in the Internet Shop to
a) to collect statistical data through Google Analytics tools which enables better customisation of the web site for the Client’s needs,
b) customisation of the content of www sites to the user’s preferences and optimising the use of the internet pages,
c) display advertisements customised for the user’s preferences with the use of the internet advertising tools,
d) supply to the user advertising content that is better suited to the user’s needs,
e) to log in with the use of social media e.g facebook.com,
f) to use interactive functions to popularise the web site via social media such as facebook.com,
g) to maintain the user’s session so that the user does not have to log in and enter the password on every page of the web service.

1. The Administrator uses technical and organisational means that ensure protection of the processed personal data adequate to threats and category of the protected data, and in particular protects the data from unauthorised third parties, from their appropriation by unauthorised persons, from their processing against legal regulations as well as from changing, loss, damaging or destruction of the data.

12. The Internet Shop can have links to other Internet sites.

13. The Administrator reserves the right to change his policy in the future which might happen for the following reasons:
a) changes in the current legal regulations, and in particular with reference to the protection of personal data, the communications laws, electronic services, regulations concerning consumer rights or those affecting ours or the Clients rights and obligations.
b) development of a functionality of the Internet Shop

1. The Administrator will always and every time place a notice concerning such changes in policy on the Internet Shop website. An amended version of the policy will appear with a new date.
