RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
We are doing our best to make sure that our products meet the highest quality standards. However should there occur any defects, you are entitled to a complaint procedure.

In order to make a complaint you should fill a complaint form:

Complaints are settled within 14 days when you will be informed about the settlement decision.

CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT
Every purchase in VANUBA shop is subject to a cancellation of an on-line contract of sale without giving reasons.
In order to cancel the contract, you should inform the on-line shop about your intention to do so within 14 days of delivery date.

The right to cancel a contract of sale does not include customised orders i.e. products modified on the buyer’s express request.

Should you cancel your contract, all costs of purchase will be refunded incl. shipment costs (provided the cheapest way of shipment has been selected). You will bear only the cost of returning your purchase to the shop.
The refund payment is effected within 14 days of the delivery date of the returned purchase to the shop in the manner indicated in the Complaint Form.
