Care

Dear Customer,

Thank you for choosing our product.

The uppers of our slippers have been made from high-quality natural leather. It is important to note that one of the main characteristics of leather is its non-uniformity, which may result in minor differences in the structure or color of the leather, as well as some wrinkles. The leather may also display visible marks and streaks of varying colors across the entire surface. This is a typical feature of a natural product which is not artificially manufactured.

Please remember that proper care and appropriate usage will positively influence the permanence and quality of the product.

To help you enjoy your VANUBA purchase for as long as possible, here are some of the most important care and use tips:

SUEDE LEATHER

Before the first use, we recommend using aerosol impregnants for suede/velour - remember to follow the manufacturer's instructions. Do not impregnate the wool but only the top of the suede leather.

Clean dirty tops of shoes dry, and in case of more intensive dirt use a damp cloth or sponge, using cold or warm water (not hot). Remember to proceed gently and do not rub hard to not damage the suede.

Dry the slippers at room temperature- avoid heaters and do not expose to direct sunlight. Then clean the tops with a specially designed brush for suede/velour. You can use special cleaning erasers.

Do not wash, avoid chemical cleaning and complete soaking.

We recommend regularly brushing the interior to maintain softness and durability, as well as to remove dust and dirt. You can use a small brush similar to the one used for grooming pets. Proceed gently.

After removing the slippers, store them with insoles inside to maintain their proper shape for a longer time.

The slippers should be used according to its intended purpose, i.e., in home environment.
